Hi, I’m Helen Dobson from Core Social.

In my established career as a social media expert, I’ve helped promote new and existing products and managed social media for brands in the food, health and lifestyle industries. I’ve always found that organic social media is the most rewarding, natural form of online marketing.

I thrive on working with small to medium-sized businesses to help them grow to the heights they deserve. As a fitness addict, I especially love working with brands that encourage healthier living.
Alongside my career, I’m extremely proud to be certified as a Mental Health First Aider by MFHA England, as well as being a Level 2 gym instructor and have a Level 1 qualification in football coaching, safeguarding children and first aid.
